We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel and have a strong ability to build insightful dashboards that support decision-making across departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract, organize, analyse, and visualize data to generate actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources. Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and models to support business operations. Design, build, and manage dashboards to track KPIs, trends, and metrics. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and translate them into strategic insights. Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support decision-making through structured reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and reporting requirements. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards. Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data workflows. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Advanced Excel skills Proficiency in dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Experience with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day operation at the BPCL/IOCL terminals – opening and closing of E - locks 2. Installation of E - locks in the trucks. 3. Service the locks in case of any defect in it. 4. Coordinate with customer support and technical support team in generating OTP in case it is not generated. 5. Inspect the locks fixed at the trucks to ensure that the locks are not mishandled/ damaged.
